The Unattended Windows Connection allows you the most amount of system availability time. Support can and will normally be completed when you are not using the computer. Contact us with your problem through the Help Desk and leave your computer on overnight and your trouble ticket will be investigated and problem resolved if possible before you get up or get to work in morning. Monthly maintenance can be completed any time the computer is left on overnight. We work while you sleep.

You will execute a small program the will generate a connection and a password. We will be on the phone with you and you be able to watch everything being done and talk to the technician while he works. The drawback to this is you must be at the computer to make the connection and only the technician will be working.
