The Support Center provides access to the remote connections programs and our help desk ticket center. The connection and ticket center do require a username and password to access. You can use the contact form to request a username and password.
Remote Connection:
Clark Computer Care uses TeamViewer as the remote connection application. TeamVeiwer allows us to create the best type of remote connection to meet your needs. The Attended Connection requires the customer to be at the computer watching the work being performed. The Unattended Connection allows a connection to your computer as needed to perform work with or without you watching.
Help Desk Ticket Center:
Our Help Desk is set up much like a company would have. The ticket system allows you to contact Clark Computer Care with a problem or any other issue and have a way to track what actions are be taken.
